Is this exoskeleton suitable for you?
Hypershell is designed to support walking by assisting leg movement. However, it is not a medical treatment and it does not replace rehabilitation or clinical therapies.
Because every person’s mobility is different, some users find it helpful for daily activities or outdoor walks, while others decide it isn’t the right fit. Therefore, a short trial before considering a purchase is often the most practical approach.
It suitable if:

How the rental Works
Trying a Hypershell exoskeleton in your own environment is simple. The process is organized in a few steps:
Pay Attention
- Requests submitted after 4:00 PM are processed on the next business day.
- Shipping requires operational lead time for preparation, pickup, and transit.
- Couriers do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
For this reason, some requested rental start dates may not be compatible with shipping.
We recommend choosing your dates with sufficient advance notice.

What happens if the device does not suit me?
That is exactly the reason why the rental service exists.
Trying the device allows you to understand whether it is useful for your situation before considering a purchase.
What is the Security Deposit?
A refundable guarantee to cover damage or missing items. The deposit is usually handled as a card hold (no immediate charge). However, depending on the card type or payment network, the deposit may be temporarily charged instead.
If everything is returned in good condition, the hold is released or the charged amount is refunded.
We manage deposits via Swikly, a trusted platform used by many businesses.
Do I have to arrange the return shipment?
No.
At the end of the rental period, place the device back in the case and close the package.
We will arrange the return shipment and a courier will come to pick it up from your address.
How heavy is the shipping package?
The Hypershell exoskeleton is shipped in a protective case.

Can my rental start on a Saturday, Sunday, or Monday?
Yes. In these cases, the exoskeleton may be delivered on the previous Friday, so that it is already at your address before the rental start date.
Does early delivery change the official rental period?
No. If the exoskeleton arrives earlier for logistical reasons, the official rental period remains the one confirmed in your booking. If you use the device beyond the agreed rental period, an additional payment may be required.
Could the device arrive before the official rental start date?
Yes. We aim to have the device delivered by the day before the rental start date. However, transport operations are not under our direct control. Shipping generally takes up to 48 hours. Please keep this in mind when selecting your rental dates.
